How do I contact you?

Do you have a physical store?

How do I order from you?

How do I pay?
-We offer different payment methods: Klarna direct purchase (card), Monthly payment and Buy now Pay later, when paying for Klarna's Monthly payment, a set-up fee (SEK 29) is added, which Klarna charges.
We also offer direct payment with various cards such as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Swish.
We can also offer invoice payment via Izettle, 20 days payment and administrative fee of SEK 20.
My purchase does not go through.

I have ordered an item where it says that it is sent directly from the supplier.
- We sometimes send directly from the supplier's warehouse, read more about why here.
You have still ordered and paid to Briosa.se. We try to shorten delivery times and save on our environment. You will receive delivery information from us, but SMS about delivery can come directly from the supplier.
I have not received my package, what should I do?
-You can always follow your package via the tracking number you receive from us when ordering. Contact us otherwise and we will help you.
How do I get my package?
- we and our suppliers send mainly via Postnord to the mailbox or nearest delivery point.
What are the shipping costs?
- We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 699.For lower order values, a shipping cost of SEK 49 will be added.
I want to change or complete my order, can I do it online?
- No sorry. Contact us at email@example.com and we will help you.
I did not receive a return note in my package?
- We do not yet have the opportunity to send with a completed return slip in the package, but if you want to send back your ordered item, you can contact us so we can email it, you must therefore have access to a printer. If you do not have it, we can send the return slip to you by post.
A return note costs 49 sec.

I have returned my item, what do I do now?
