Shipping policy

We pack and ship your goods within 1-2 working days and thereafter there is a delivery time of 1-3 working days within Sweden. If you have ordered an item that we do not have in stock, the delivery time may be longer, we always notify you of the approximate new delivery time.

We offer the following delivery methods:
Your goods will be delivered to the nearest PostNord agent or to your door. With the notification from us you will receive both the package's shipping number and your order number and you can thus follow the package via the link sent to you by email or via:

If an item has different delivery times, it is specified next to each item. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
