Returns and exchanges:

We hope that you are satisfied with the goods you ordered via Briosa.se, but sometimes something can feel wrong and below you can read what applies to returns and exchanges.
We ask you to contact us, via our customer service, within 14 days of receiving your item and tell us what is wrong. From the day you complained about the product, it must be received by us within 14 days.

Changes of item or size:

Fill in the form you find here or contact us via email: info@briosa.se and tell us which product you want to change and which new product or size you want instead. This must be done within 14 days after you have received your item from us.
Write with your order number in the email.
We will check that the item you want to change to is in stock, if it is not in stock, we can usually order it again and we will then notify you of the new delivery date.
You will then receive a return slip by email which you can print out and put on the packaging in which the product was delivered or in a new equivalent packaging / package.

We replace the new item free of charge once.

Complaints in the event of a defect in the product:

Contact us as soon as possible via our form that you will find here if you discover that there is something wrong with the product you ordered or on the packaging. In order for us to handle the matter as quickly as possible, we ask you to attach your order number and pictures of what is defective.

Save the broken item and all packaging, even if necessary. outer packaging. After contact, we replace you with a new item, or we put the money back for the damaged product.

Right of withdrawal:

You have 14 days open purchase.
For fast handling; please state your order number and which products you want to return, fill in information about your return here.

Remember that the products must not be used before they are returned. You are welcome to try on clothes, in the same gentle way as you do in a physical store, but the product must be in new condition when it is returned.

Packaging and information leaflets belonging to the product must remain.

If we see that the product has been used or that notes have been removed / missing, you can completely or partially lose the purchase amount. For example. if you have handled the product more than necessary of what is required to ensure the product's properties or if the product is damaged.

You as customers bear the cost of the return back to us, ie both the cost and the transport risk. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or cash on delivery.
The goods must be packed well and in the packaging they came in or equivalent.
Feel free to send the item back in a way so it is possible to track, ie. that you get a tracking number that can be followed.

The right of withdrawal can not be asserted by not picking up a package. Packages that are not redeemed will be charged a handling fee (300 sec). You can also not claim your right of withdrawal by not being in your home when goods are delivered directly there according to the agreed time. In such cases, you will also be charged a fee according to the one charged by the freight forwarding company.

Refund:
Once we have received the item back and approved its condition, we will refund you within 14 days. This is done with the payment method you have paid with.
