Health and exercise have been an obvious part of my life - a lifestyle since childhood. I have run my own in training and health since 2007. With a twinkle in my eye and a positive leadership, I have made my customers believe in themselves that they can train and can change from the inside out.

In 2012 I was in the shape of my life, I had just completed "A Swedish Classic" and the Stockholm Triathlon where I finished the mile in 44 minutes. There it stopped, I went from super strong and fast to weak and powerless. I was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). It took a long time to accept, understand and find my way back to a life where I felt like myself again. Many setbacks along the way, a strong will that often took over, that drove the iron and did not listen inward. Thanks to yoga, I have found a way that works for me. I really listen inwardly and have learned my signals when my body tells me to stop and take it easy. To be able to share yoga with me and get so much back from my groups is fantastic.

It may sound like a cliché, but today I am mentally stronger than I was before my diagnosis and even if I do not run the mile as fast, I enjoy all the more along the way, something that is probably so important. Training should be a 100% positive, albeit sometimes difficult, experience.

Sharing yoga and sustainable health gives me so much joy. It fills my life and I convey it to my groups and to my customers.
